By popular demand, the 2018 Literary/Culinary Mash-Up dinner will be returning to Belmont Plantation in historic Greenville, Mississippi! Enjoy great music, our stellar lineup of authors, artists, and chefs, terrific hors d’oeuvres, and specialty cocktails (as well as a full bar, of course) all while immersed in the beauty of Belmont’s stunning parlors and porches. Next, sit down to a three-course plated Delta Harvest dinner on Belmont’s gorgeous grounds. This year, our team of star chefs includes: Jason Goodenough of Carrollton Market in New Orleans, Mason Hereford of Turkey and the Wolf in New Orleans, the Delta’s own Cole Ellis of Delta Meat Market fame; James Beard Award winner Rebecca Wilcomb and David Rouse of New Orleans’s Herbsaint.
Friday's always popular panel discussion and luncheon will enliven the halls of Jake & Freda Stein Hall at the historic E. E. Bass Auditorium and Arts Center. The day includes four lively panel discussions and a delicious Delta lunch prepared by Allen Sanders, Executive Chef of Greenville’s Downtown Grille.
