Not to worry, for only $25.00, you can sample the best of the best from our past and current winners of the Frank Carlton Hot Tamale Cooking Contest. Each selection will be paired with a sampling of craft beer, strategically matched to compliment the flavor of these award winning tamales! Take a break from the festival and enjoy an variety of tamales from the Delta's best tamale chefs with a cold brew!
